Packing list: who brings what
Don't just tick things off, commit to them: everyone enters how many they're bringing. That way “0× spare line” shows up before you leave, not once you're at sea.
You plan the meals, Crewsy writes the shopping list.
Trip planning for skippers and crews: provisions and drinks, packing list, kitty and sea miles in one place. Runs in the browser on any phone, hosted in Germany.
No payment details needed.
From the meal plan to the last leftovers
If you've ever worked out a week of provisions for eight people, you know the evening with a calculator and a shared spreadsheet. Crewsy does the maths for you.
- 1
Add meals
Breakfast, lunch, dinner: whoever cooks adds their meal, with ingredients or a recipe link. Crewsy scales the quantities to your crew size.
- 2
Get the shopping list
Every ingredient from every meal, added up and grouped in supermarket order. Drinks are added per person per day. When someone ticks off an item, the others see it seconds later.
- 3
Log the leftovers
After the trip, you count what's left. When the skipper creates the next trip from it, the quantities there are already a better fit.
Everything that usually gets lost in the group chat
Kitty with receipt photos
Whoever paid takes a photo of the receipt and adds the expense: split equally, by shares or to the exact cent. Crewsy works out who owes whom how much.
Sea miles and confirmation
The skipper uploads a GPX track for each day. Every crew member gets their sea miles confirmation as a PDF, signed by the skipper if they like.
Activity log
Who took the milk off the list? Every change is logged with name and time.
Trip info and documents
Boat, charter base, contract and insurance in one place. Anything that only concerns the skipper, only the skipper sees.
Invite by link
Every crew member gets their own invite link, for example via WhatsApp. Nobody has to install anything.
On any phone
Crewsy runs in the browser, on your phone or your laptop, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

How it works
- 1
Create a trip
Name, dates, crew size. Your 14-day free trial starts with your first trip.
- 2
Invite the crew by link
Each crew member gets their own link. Send it via WhatsApp, email or however you usually keep in touch.
- 3
Plan together
Everyone adds meals, commits to packing list items and logs what they've paid for. Everyone sees the same plan.
One subscription for the skipper, not for everyone on board
Whoever creates a trip uses Crewsy free for 14 days, then with the skipper subscription. The kitty and the packing list cost nothing, even after the trip. The people you invite don't need one of their own.
€4.90per month
or €39.00 per year, which works out at €3.25 a month.
For a single trip: €14.00 once, for three months.
Pricing in detailCommon questions
Does my crew need their own subscription?
No. Only the person who creates a trip needs a subscription. Invited crew members don't need one, even if they sail on several trips.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14 days start with your first own trip, and you don't enter any payment details.
What happens after the free trial?
The kitty and the packing list keep working, without a subscription and without an end date. Meals, shopping list and trip info become read-only: everyone can still see everything, and the sea miles confirmation can still be downloaded. You can change them again once you subscribe. Your data is kept.
Do we need an app?
No. Crewsy runs in the browser, on your phone or your laptop. If you like, add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Where is our data stored?
On a server in Germany. Crewsy sets no tracking cookies, uses no analytics services and loads no fonts from third-party servers. You'll find the details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel the subscription?
The monthly subscription any time, effective at the end of the paid month: with “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page (no sign-in needed) or in your settings. Everything keeps working until then. You don't need to cancel the yearly subscription; it ends by itself after twelve months.
When do you cast off?
Create your trip and invite the crew. 14 days free, no payment details.
