Why the crew doesn't need a subscription
A crew of eight shouldn't pay eight times, and nobody should have to pay to accept an invitation. That's why the subscription belongs to whoever creates the trip, not to a role and not to the number of people on board.
If you're crew on one trip and create another one yourself, you only need the subscription for your own. The other trip runs on the subscription of whoever created it.
After the free trial, without a subscription
The kitty, the packing list and the crew stay free: adding and settling expenses, packing and committing to items keep working, even after the trip. Meals, shopping list, drinks and trip info become read-only, not deleted. They can be changed again once you subscribe.

Subscription questions
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and the term. Both subscriptions include everything; the yearly one works out at €3.25 a month.
What is the single trip?
Crewsy for exactly one trip: €14.00 once, 3 months from purchase. You create a trip, or use the one you already have, the crew plans along, and the sea miles confirmation is available for this trip. A second trip can't be created with it; that's what the skipper subscription is for. After the 3 months the kitty and the packing list stay free; the rest becomes read-only and stays readable.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
The monthly one does, until you cancel: any time in your settings, effective at the end of the paid month. The yearly one and the single trip don't: they end by themselves after twelve or three months, and if you want to carry on, you subscribe again. More in the Terms.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, a payment provider. You'll see the available payment methods when you subscribe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to Crewsy.
What happens to my trips if I cancel?
After the paid period, meals, shopping list and trip info become read-only and stay readable. The kitty and the packing list keep working. With a new subscription you carry on planning where you left off.
Can I withdraw from the subscription?
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. What applies if the subscription starts immediately at your request is set out in the Terms under right of withdrawal.
